As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our organization, providing technical and customer service support. You will be the first point of contact customers have when they require assistance with our products or services. Not only will you be expected to provide excellent customer service and technical support when inquiries arise, but also build relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty to our tech company.
You will be responsible for resolving customer queries in a prompt and professional manner and using problem-solving skills to do so efficiently. You should be experienced with the product and able to provide helpful and courteous support when customers contact us. In addition, you must be comfortable providing remote customer service and providing assistance remotely.
The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone. You should also possess basic computer and technical knowledge and be able to handle customer emails and web chats.
